Coming up with outfits day after day for the office can be exhausting. As much as I love clothes, when it comes to work there's definitely restrictions, which makes it a bit harder. You find yourself having to constantly create and recreate ideas, out of things that may not necessarily be your first choice in other situations. I'm lucky enough to work in a pretty lax environment, which makes it a lot easier. You have more of an opportunity to have fun, and show more of your personality through your style. You just have to make sure you're doing it the right way and still maintain that level of professionalism. This outfit, for example, started out with me just waking up one day and wanting to wear a t-shirt, from there I had to figure out how to do that without looking like a total slob. I knew I had to dress it up a bit so I instantly grabbed a skirt. I really like the midi skirts for work, versus a mini, I just feel more comfortable with the length and I actually really love the style. Since the look was really heavy in white's and grey's I wanted to add some bright colors with the neon's in the necklace and the flats. Sometimes when you're out of ideas, looking a little beyond the box can help you find some new looks that you may love.
